NextPossession™ - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextPossession^™ at www.nextposs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Informational Purposes Only

All scouting reports, game plans, and practice plans generated by NextPossession^™ are provided for informational and coaching reference purposes only. NextPossession^™ does not guarantee any specific athletic outcome, performance result, or competitive advantage. Coaches are solely responsible for all decisions made using NextPossession^™ reports.

3. Video Upload Responsibility

By uploading video content to NextPossession^™, you represent and warrant that you have full legal rights to share that footage. You are responsible for ensuring that any video uploaded complies with your school, district, league, or association's policies regarding recording and sharing of game footage. NextPossession^™ is not responsible for unauthorized uploads.

4. Student Athlete Privacy

NextPossession^™ analyzes game film for strategic and tactical patterns only. We do not collect, store, or share personal identifying information about individual student athletes. Uploaded video is used solely to generate your scouting report and is not redistributed. Reports are intended for the purchasing coach's internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected plan (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused portions of a subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current period. If the service is materially unavailable due to a NextPossession^™ error, you may request a service credit by contacting us at coaches@nextposs.com.

6. Subscription Terms

NextPossession^™ is offered on a recurring subscription basis. The Monthly Plan is billed at $100 per month and renews monthly until canceled. The Yearly Plan is billed at $1000 per year and renews annually until canceled. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and grants access to unlimited reports, AI-powered coaching intelligence, and all included features for the duration of your active subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. University and College Program pricing is offered under separate written agreements with custom terms. NextPossession^™ reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not take effect for existing subscribers until their next renewal.

7. Account Termination

NextPossession^™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, uploads unauthorized content, or uses the service in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

8. Limitation of Liability

NextPossession^™'s liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question. NextPossession^™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

NextPossession^™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
