01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NextPossession™ at www.nextposs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
02 Informational Purposes Only
All scouting reports, game plans, and practice plans generated by NextPossession™ are provided for informational and coaching reference purposes only. NextPossession™ does not guarantee any specific athletic outcome, performance result, or competitive advantage. Coaches are solely responsible for all decisions made using NextPossession™ reports.
03 Video Upload Responsibility
By uploading or linking video content to NextPossession™, you represent and warrant that you have full legal rights to share that footage. You are responsible for ensuring that any video provided complies with your school, district, league, or association's policies regarding recording and sharing of game footage. NextPossession™ is not responsible for unauthorized uploads.
04 Student-Athlete Privacy & Confidentiality
NextPossession™ analyzes game film for strategic and tactical patterns. We treat all uploaded footage, rosters, and generated reports as confidential. We will never sell student-athlete information, never make it public, never use it for advertising, and never disclose it except as necessary to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where uploaded materials constitute education records of a school or district subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) or analogous state student-privacy laws, we handle them only as a service provider acting at the direction of the purchasing coach or school, for the sole purpose of producing the requested reports. See our Privacy Policy for the full commitments.
Reports are intended for the purchasing coach's internal team use only and may not be resold, published, or redistributed.
05 Payments and Refunds
NextPossession™ packages are one-time purchases billed in full at checkout and are non-refundable, including for any unused reports or unused portion of the access period. Because packages do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when your term expires. If the service is materially unavailable due to a NextPossession™ error, you may request a service credit by contacting us at coaches@nextposs.com.
06 Package Terms
NextPossession™ is offered as one-time packages, not a recurring subscription. The Season Package is a one-time payment of $850 and the Program Package is a one-time payment of $1500. Each package grants 6 months of access from the date of purchase, with a limit of 10 film reports per calendar month during that period, plus all included features such as game plans, practice plans, and self-scout reports. Packages do not auto-renew and there are no recurring charges; access ends automatically at the conclusion of the 6-month term. Single Report and multi-report credit packs may also be purchased and are consumed as reports are generated. NextPossession™ reserves the right to adjust pricing for future purchases with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect a package you have already purchased.
07 Account Termination
NextPossession™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, uploads unauthorized content, or uses the service in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
08 Limitation of Liability
NextPossession™'s liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question. NextPossession™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
09 Changes to Terms
NextPossession™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
