1. What We Collect
We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect payment information processed securely through Stripe — NextPossession™ never stores your full credit card details. We collect game video files you upload for the purpose of generating your scouting report.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to deliver your scouting report and send account-related communications. We use your video solely to generate your requested report. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
NextPossession™ uses the following third-party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, Cloudflare for site security and performance, and Anthropic's AI for report generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
4. Video and Report Data
Uploaded game video is stored securely and used only to generate your report. NextPossession™ does not share video footage with any third party outside of the services listed above. Reports generated are associated with your account and accessible only to you.
5. Student Athlete Data
NextPossession™ does not intentionally collect personal information about student athletes appearing in uploaded game footage. Our analysis focuses on team-level tactical patterns only. If you believe footage has been uploaded without authorization, contact us immediately.
6. Data Retention
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
NextPossession™ uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
